All software optimizations, ECU tuning, coding and performance modifications are carried out at the customer’s request.

The customer acknowledges that any modification beyond factory specifications may lead to:

- increased wear of engine, transmission and drivetrain components

- changes in fuel consumption and emissions

- loss of manufacturer warranty

- reduced component lifespan under high load conditions

AutoFusion Performance assumes no liability for damages caused by:

- pre-existing mechanical defects

- inadequate maintenance history

- improper vehicle use

- racing, motorsport or track use

- excessive thermal load

- misuse outside intended road use

- operation with incompatible hardware modifications

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in technically sound condition before any software optimization.

Any claims for consequential damages caused by undisclosed prior defects are excluded.
